The Sales Support department supports the
Direct Sales, Indirect Sales and International Sales departments by
contributing to Sales goals and high customer satisfaction. These Sales
departments are responsible for developing and retaining fan customers and fan
partners, and increasing market share in the business market.
Sales acquires new customers and partners
for our company, and maintains and expands relationships with existing
customers and partners. The Sales Support department is responsible for
providing administrative and operational support to the Strategic Account
Managers.

The Sales Support employee is the link
between the Strategic Account Managers, the Inside Sales Account Managers and
the internal organization for all customer inquiries in the sales process and
after the service is delivered. The Sales Support employee acts as a point of
contact for existing customers and supports (administratively and
operationally) the other departments within Commercial Services in achieving
sales targets. In addition, they ensures the correct (contract) administration
and supports the account managers. In this position, the Sales Support employee
is the hub for all Eurofiber departments for sales-related questions. Of
course, direct customer contact is also an important aspect of this position.
