Program Manager

You will provide strategic guidance to teams and will oversee the progress of the different projects.

Your responsibilities in a brief summary are:

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects;
• Coordinate cross-project activities where you are accountable for the overall results;
• Internal and external reporting on the progress of the different projects;
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities;
• Apply change, risk and resource management;
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI;
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues;
• External representation at client/supplier meetings;
• Management of the internal project and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Who are you?

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position in telecom or in infrastructure;
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods;
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles;
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability;
• Good analytical skills;
• Experience with working in a matrix structure is a plus.
