Project Manager Network Operations

A quick overview of your potential new job

You are the spider in the web of the projects you lead. The playing field of contacts is therefore both within and outside the own department and organization.

Other responsibilities:

• You are the point of contact for both colleagues and for the contractors you supervise.
• You manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple contractors.
• You are responsible for timely implementation within budget, quality of implementation and associated administration tasks.
• You manage, monitor and report on the progress of the projects assigned to you on time, money, quality and the provision of information. You guarantee that all necessary steps are carried out. To this end, you conduct progress interviews with the internal organization and the contractor.
• You are ultimately responsible for the delivery of a completed project. You also complete the project with the contractor after completion.
• You ensure correct compliance with the agreements made and that the correct processes are followed and systems are used.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external communication about the project.

Enjoying the ride with Eurofiber means you take the lead, play your part and really make an impact on society.

• You work and think at a higher level: A1 / Professional Bachelor / Engineer in Electronics / Telecommunications
• A good knowledge of Telecom techniques, such as xWDM, MPLS, IP and SDH
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of Technical Operations experience in Telecom Transmission networks
• Experience and affinity in supervising and coordinating teams and activities
• You speak and write Dutch, French and English well

The operationalization of this policy is expressed in a coherent design of the primary processes for design & architecture, capacity planning, delivery and management, in a transparent organization, as well as in an excellent execution of those processes where customer experience is always paramount. The ability to execute has been identified by the management of Eurofiber as a critical success factor for the realization of the company's growth.
