A quick overview of your potential new job

The Eurofiber Sales department is responsible for finding new clients or partners, and for maintaining and expanding the relationship with existing clients and partners. The department is supported in this by the marketing team, which develops targeted marketing campaigns.

The Account Managers are further supported by a team of Sales Support staff.

Your position

As Account Manager, you are responsible for achieving the targets by finding new clients. You do this through Consultative Selling and a good understanding of our product portfolio (Dark fiber, X-WDM, Ethernet-MPLS, IP-VPN, Internet, Cloud, etc.).  In addition, you maintain and develop the relationship with the existing accounts in your portfolio. Your portfolio will consist of clients in the retail sectors.

To achieve your goals, you draw up a structured strategic plan and do everything you can to achieve this plan.  You always ensure an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.  In addition, you manage and monitor contract agreements made with your clients and hold evaluation meetings with them.

At Eurofiber, you will have regular contact with various departments, such as Finance & Operations, which will be responsible for the completion of your sold project.

In this role, you report to the Sales Manager.

This is you

  • You have at least 4 years of work experience as an account manager, preferably in the telecom or IT sector.
  • You have an extensive network in the banking and insurance world.
  • You speak and write perfect Dutch and French. A good understanding of English is also necessary.
  • You believe in technology and support Big Data, the Cloud, Internet of Things, etc.
  • You are very ambitious and a driven go-getter.
  • You are highly result-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction.
