As Customer Success Manager you are the main point of contact for our customers. In this role you will anticipate what our customers need. And be proactive in searching for any solutions that they need help with. Great examples of this are our services like Secure Cloud Connect, datacenter connectivity and edge computing.
You guarantee connectivity as well as long-term partnerships with customers.
This means you’ll work on the retention of our customers and help them with anything they need. They need to be ensured that as soon as they get you on the phone, things are getting done.
