As a Sales Support Officer you are responsible for the administrative process of Eurofiber sales. You play an important role in supporting your Account Managers and providing information in order to close sales.
Through team meetings you collaborate with the sales support team and prioritize your cases to handle.
This means you’ll work on client cases and questions from Account Managers regarding possibilities on client onboarding, network upgrades or changes and cost requests.
You become part of the Sales Support Team of Direct Sales. You have 15 Sales support colleagues, 4 of which are Specialists.
