A quick overview of your potential new job

The Team Lead Designer position is twofold. In addition to performing design work, you also manage the design team.

This includes creating designs for our new clients on the Eurofiber fiber-optic network. You are an expert in the Eurofiber network and civil engineering, enabling you to create optimum designs for Eurofiber and the client in terms of technology, availability and costs. You communicate with the contractor and project managers about your designs and ensure that any design changes are implemented properly.

Using a helicopter view, you brainstorm about and contribute ideas for improvements in the design process and monitoring and increasing data quality in our design tool. Together with colleagues from other departments, you discuss and implement these optimizations.
