Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the key link between business needs and data-driven solutions. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights and design engaging visual representations that make data meaningful. Your work ensures that solutions not only meet technical specifications but truly deliver business value.
What will you do
- Understand business needs and translate them into data or system requirements.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations that tell a story.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and add measurable value.
- Make complex data easy to understand and actionable for stakeholders.
Core Activities:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Data storytelling & visualization
- Process modeling and optimization
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses
- Data analysis using Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar tools)
- Requirement gathering with tools like Jira, Confluence
- Support and mentor junior analysts

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Preferably a couple of years of experience as Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong ability to deep-dive into data, uncover root causes, and provide actionable insights.
- Skilled in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving.
- Following a recent a system migration, we are now developing new dashboards and defining new data points from the ground up. This is not a ready-made environment and requires a hands-on mentality and roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
