Job Description

As a Cloud Networking Engineer, you will shape the future of cloud connectivity by integrating cutting-edge technology with DevOps practices. You’ll design, build, and maintain our Cloud connectivity products, creating seamless connections across public clouds, private environments, and edge compute resources. Automation is at the core of your work, reducing manual processes and ensuring efficiency. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate network configurations for our Cloud connectivity platform.
  • Design and implement SD-WAN and distributed firewall solutions.
  • Build and maintain metrics and monitoring systems for network devices.
  • Simplify and automate operational processes, minimizing manual intervention.
  • Collaborate on customer-specific projects, delivering tailored connectivity solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source networking tools and mentor team members.

Qualifications

This is you

  • Expertise in networking technologies such as DHCP, BGP, IPSEC, and NAT.
  • Proficiency with Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Linux systems.
  • Experience in network automation with tools like YAML and Git.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Fortigate devices and cloud integration solutions like Azure ExpressRoute or AWS Direct Connect.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network automation.
