Job Description

Our customer experience team consists of two professionals who are responsible for optimising the customer journey in the various countries and business units. This is achieved through a great deal of collaboration, maintaining an overview and implementing optimisations.

What are your main tasks?

  • Identifying conscious and unconscious customer needs using appropriate methods (Customer Journey Mapping).
  • Drawing up chain-wide improvement plans and actually implementing them with the aim of improving customer processes and customer journeys. Interpreting and prioritising customer insights and projects that arise from satisfaction measurements.
  • Creating customer arenas to better understand customer needs and help colleagues apply insights in practice.
  • Stakeholder management by sharing customer experiences, insights into the customer journey and concepts.
  • Creating and optimising customer satisfaction and NPS measurements using Qualtrics
  • Assisting, encouraging and guiding colleagues to act in a customer-oriented approach using the various CX tools available.
  • Encouraging colleagues to reflect on or make changes (consultations, reports, training and/or presentations).

You also have:

  • A higher level of education in the fields of business administration, change management and/or organisational science;
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in a comparable position such as customer experience manager, chain director, network director and/or chain coordinator;
  • Having analytical thinking skills. Being able to get to the bottom of an issue, situation or problem by analysing and interpreting data, which is then translated into a decision, solution, conclusion or the cause of a problem;
  • Qualtrics knowledge and skills.
