Job Description
The Director of Process Excellence is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer-centric operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and contribute to the company's overall efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Change Management
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., Customer Support, Operations, IT, and Sales) to align process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and ensure alignment on improvement goals.
- Oversee change management efforts by process owners, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and tools.
- Customer Experience Enhancement
- Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey by reducing friction points and improving touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the customer insights team to leverage data and feedback for process enhancements.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing group of process improvement professionals forming a (virtual) team.
- Provide regular coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with business accumen, a strong track record in process optimization, change management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all End-to-End business processes align with the company's customer-focused goals.
You also have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
- demonstrated success in driving large-scale process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
