As an HR Advisor, you not only coach, but also act as a business partner for our managers and team leaders. Together, we will take our HR policy to the next level and ensure that Eurofiber continues as a great place to work whilst supporting the dynamic business that plays a vital role in the connectivity of the digital society.
Your responsibilities:
- You will contribute to and execute the people strategy for the business.
- You will coach managers and team leaders through various HR processes, including resourcing, talent management, performance management and compliance with laws and regulations.
- By proactively identifying organizational developments, you help shape effective people strategies.
- You contribute to projects within the organization and ensure a smooth employee journey.
- With your critical eye, you analyse the current HR policies and processes and identify bottlenecks, proactively drawing up and implementing improvement plans.

Qualifications

- Think and act at a Bachelor level education
- Has least 3 years of experience in a similar position and is eager to learn more
- Has good communication skills, inspires trust and is able to build bridges
Even better if you:
- Have experience with personnel information systems, preferably HR2Day,
- Are familiar with collecting and interpreting data.
