Within Infrastructure Operations, the Service Delivery department is responsible for making all client connections to the Eurofiber fiber-optic network. To this end, we use a project and process-based working method that enables us to work reliably and efficiently.
The position
As an order manager, you are responsible for informing our clients about ongoing projects. You work closely with the various Project Managers in charge of managing our contractors. You are responsible for:
As Order Manager, you are also end-to-end responsible for the regular projects assigned to you.
In this role, you report to the Team Leader Order Management.
