Job Description

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Customer Value Management (CVM) team. The CVM team supports Eurofiber growth by executing strategic pricing initiatives related to pricing and profitability, developing innovative pricing structures, price optimization strategies for inflow and existing customer base revenue enhancements. The team is positioned at Eurofiber Group level and works in close cooperation with Eurofiber business units in NL, BE, DE, FR, and Cloud Infra.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pricing track for large deals, RFPs, bids. Lead annual list price updates, new product/ services pricing.
  • Lead pricing performance evaluations, optimization and recovery plans with Sales directors per business unit and channel.
  • Actively contribute to the development of annual budget plans for value based pricing.
  • Build relationships and work as One Eurofiber with business units Sales and Marketing teams, and relevant Group functions Products & Solutions, IT, Finance, Legal.
  • Train Sales and Sales Support to understand value based pricing policies, use pricing tools and adopt pricing governance so more deals are closed in a self-serviced way through pricing tools and escalation matrix.
  • Ensure that pricing strategies are consistent with brand and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Job requirements

  • Master in Business, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing analysis, strategy
  • Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of finance and statistics
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Job preferences

  • Previous experience in Telecom
  • Relevant B2B commercial & marketing experience
  • Experience with large one-off deals and recurring revenue business models
