Job Description
The Eurofiber group is in the process of digitally transforming our business processes to Salesforce CRM. That is why we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Product Owner! In this role you will be responsible for translating the needs of the business into a clear vision for our development team.
Along with the Chief Product Owner and the business, you will work on the product vision and convert it into useful Epics and User Stories. Salesforce is the starting point, but our chain also includes other systems such as Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will ensure a streamlined and efficient chain. After a successful training period within the End-2-End Salesforce team, where the customer and contractor portal is being developed, your Product Owner responsibilities will be expanded to other CBUs (including onboarding France).
Our IT team works for the entire Eurofiber group, which means you will work with colleagues and end customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the vision, roadmap and value creation in your domain.
- Act as a discussion partner for the management of various business units.
- Actively participate in all Agile Scrum rituals.
- Translate business needs into bite-sized Epics and User Stories for the development team.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Owner on roadmap planning and with the Enterprise Architect on technical solutions.
- Monitor team velocity and ensure realistic planning.
- Communicate all changes to key users, stakeholders and business owners in a timely manner, including organising demos and reviews.
- Following developments at our software suppliers (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.) and adopting new functionalities that benefit Eurofiber.

Qualifications
You have:
- A higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking.
- A good command of French and Dutch
- An affinity with both business processes and the CRM field and the IT possibilities within it.
- Several years of experience working in and leading scrum team(s) in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, resourceful, persuasive and a problem solver.
- A flexible style and are resilient, and you have impact without hierarchical authority.
- A results-oriented approach and a strong sense of responsibility to achieve the set goals.
