Job Description

In your role as Senior Account Manager Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio and building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Having a good understanding of the complex needs of our (SME/LE) customers, you will translate these into customised solutions in the field of cloud infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity solutions. With your strategic insight and commercial clout, you will contribute directly to the growth objectives of Eurofiber Cloud Infra.

You will proactively approach the market as an Enterprise Sales Account Manager with Eurofiber Cloud Infra solutions.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Your primary task is achieving the team and individual targets that have been set. Your focus will be on both acquiring new customers independently and on expanding and managing existing customers. With this in mind, you will be responsible for sales and margin growth within your assigned segment.
  • As a senior member (and teamplayer) of the Eurofiber Sales team, you are also willing to share your knowledge and act as a wingman to your direct colleagues when it comes to large/complex deals.
  • Advising customers and prospects on their IT strategy, either alone or together with a solution architect.
  • Independently writing complex proposals or responding to RFPs or market consultations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who loves sales as much as we do and believes that sales is the noblest profession.
  • A C-level business partner for large companies (SME/LE) with complex IT projects.
  • A true ‘revenue hunter’, someone who is a natural networker (and also picks up the phone) and who is able to close a deal, but at the same time knows how to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Someone who understands the customer's needs and can translate these into a clear and tempting proposal through consultative selling.
  • Someone who is able to work in an ecosystem and communicate with partners and/or strategic vendors to ultimately realise the best solution for the customer.
  • Someone who is passionate about the knowledge that the success of and for a client does not end after the deal is closed and who takes it upon themselves to guarantee and increase the client's profitability, growth and development.
  • * A serious commission plan, with a six-month guarantee commission in the first year for new employees;

Qualifications

You also have/are:

  • a go-getter who is not one to sit back and wait, but who also likes to close deals;
  • a growth mindset and the ability to take the initiative to continue developing yourself.
  • higher professional education (HBO) level of work/thinking;
  • experience with complex IT deals and C-level negotiations. Specific sales experience in the field of connectivity, Colo and Cloud is an advantage;
  • the patience to have a positive influence on the sometimes long sales processes;
  • someone who can deal well with a rapidly changing environment and who proactively ensures improvement and growth in this environment;
  • at least 10 years of relevant (solution) sales experience in the IT/telecom sector;
  • good communication skills in Dutch and English.
