Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site supervisor . In this role, you will be responsible for managing and securing permits for various projects by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with communes, cities, and regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local regulations and facilitating the smooth progression of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Site supervision and Partner relationship:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the permit application process for various types of projects;
- Compliance with all legal regulations and standards related to public roads.Managing and following up on synergy projects with subcontractors to promote efficiency and minimize risks;
- Communicate with government agencies, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align permits and projects;
- Support with internal and external audits and quality checks.
2. Quality control and safety compliance on sites
- Visit sites on a daily basis and draw up a site report;
- Ensure compliance on site according to Eurofiber specifications and standards;
- Address any quality issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken;
- Safety coordination and realisation of Eurofiber projects all over Belgium;
- Identifying potential risks and implementing safety measures;
- Advise workers and project leaders on working safely;
- Attend safety meetings.
3. Government Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with various government authorities, agencies, and officials.
- Stay informed about government policies, regulations, and initiatives that may impact the organization.
- Attend meetings and consultations with local authorities to discuss project details, address concerns, and expedite the permitting process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
- Experience with Osiris, Powalco and Gipod is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
