The Department

Within Operations, the Delivery department is responsible for the realization of all customer connections on the Eurofiber fiber optic network. We employ a project and process-oriented approach that allows us to work reliably and efficiently. The team consists of order managers, project managers, and designers.

The Role

The Teamlead Order Management role is twofold. In addition to performing order management tasks, you also lead the order management team.

As an order manager, you are responsible for informing our customers about ongoing projects. You work closely with various Project Managers who are responsible for supervising our contractors. Your responsibilities include:

  • The operational start for the customer;
  • Monitoring project information and reporting on it;
  • Processing changes in ongoing orders;
  • Ongoing contact with the customer to keep them informed of the status of their project;
  • Sending Ready For Service notifications to customers;
  • Checking and processing network administration;
  • Analyzing data and finding ways to improve the current processes.
  • As an order manager, you are also end-to-end responsible for the regular projects assigned to you.

In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for motivating and coaching a team of 4 (experienced) order managers. With your helicopter view, you will contribute ideas for process improvements and monitor and increase the volume and quality of the projects delivered. You will discuss and implement these optimizations with colleagues from other departments.

In this role, you report to the Manager Service Delivery of Belgium.

Qualifications

Who Are You?

  • You work and think at a bachelor's level and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or process-oriented role;
  • You already have experience in team management;
  • You possess strong communication skills, enjoy both telephone and email contacts, and adopt a proactive approach;
  • You are a bridge builder;
  • You can distinguish between the essential and non-essential aspects of a situation;
  • The ability to be agile in our changing environment;
  • You are fluent in both French and Dutch and have a good command of English, both spoken and written;
  • You have good numerical insight, maintain a customer and service-oriented work attitude, have a hands-on attitude, and enjoy contributing to the organization.
