The Department
Within Operations, the Delivery department is responsible for the realization of all customer connections on the Eurofiber fiber optic network. We employ a project and process-oriented approach that allows us to work reliably and efficiently. The team consists of order managers, project managers, and designers.
The Role
The Teamlead Order Management role is twofold. In addition to performing order management tasks, you also lead the order management team.
As an order manager, you are responsible for informing our customers about ongoing projects. You work closely with various Project Managers who are responsible for supervising our contractors. Your responsibilities include:
In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for motivating and coaching a team of 4 (experienced) order managers. With your helicopter view, you will contribute ideas for process improvements and monitor and increase the volume and quality of the projects delivered. You will discuss and implement these optimizations with colleagues from other departments.
In this role, you report to the Manager Service Delivery of Belgium.
