Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Tech Recruiter. You will use your technical knowledge to hire candidates to join our IT, cloud, security, network and data science teams. You will use your negotiation skills to help us staff talented people who are looking to make an impact in our fast-paced environment.

A quick overview of your potential new job 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating an attractive job description based on the information giving by the hiring manager;
  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs  or employee referrals. You will find new sourcing methods to fill the vacancies and pipeline faster than ever.
  • Planning and conducting interviews;
  • Proactively advise during recruitment process;
  • Keeping the ATS (Smartrecruiters) up to date and assisting the candidate during the interview process;
  • Proactively take initiatives to improve our recruitment practices.

We are looking for a team player, someone who, together with colleagues in the Procurement department, thinks in terms of possibilities and structural solutions. You have experience in a dynamic environment where things are not always fixed and change is a constant. You have demonstrable track-records for negotiations and procurement processes. 

You also have/are/like: 

  • a completed bachelor education;
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter;
  • affinity with the telecom sector;
  • proactive and eager to learn;
  • strong communication, sourcing and interviewing skills;
  • to work in a team, but you also feel comfortable working independently;
  • fluent in English and Dutch.
